Q: How do I access my VCCS email through Gmail?

There are two options for how to access your VCCS email account. The simplest, and preferred, method is to log in to your myGCC account from the Germanna website. Once logged in you will see a Gmail tile. Click on the tile and your browser should automatically open your VCCS Gmail account in a new tab. The alternative method is to open a tab in your preferred browser, navigate to Gmail, and enter your VCCS email address(your myGCC username @email.vccs.edu). This will direct you to the myGCC login portal. Enter your myGCC log-in information and your VCCS email account will be linked with Gmail. This is particularly useful on mobile devices, as you can use the same method to link your VCCS email with the Gmail mobile app. Click the links below for a visual guide regarding the myGCC login option and, further information from Gmail on how to navigate their site.
