Q: What is Distance Learning? Can I attend classes in person at Germanna?
Classes have been reopened with an in-person option. For in-person classes and services, Germanna will continue to follow the Virginia Community College System, Commonwealth of Virginia, and Center for Disease Control health and safety guidelines. Most classes are offered asynchronously online. This means that you don't need to attend a class or lecture at a specific time. You can complete your schoolwork on a computer at home, at your own pace, with set deadlines for assignments.
