The final stage, Completion, is where a student finishes their credential and transitions to a desired outcome, whether it be transfer to a four-year school and additional education or entry into the labor market. This is a particularly important stage, because it is where a student can convert their work and education into achievement of an educational or career outcome. Support for students in this step involves intrusive advising to make sure a student remains on track to complete their credential, avoids excess credits or lingering, and understands their career or transfer possibilities.
Sessions identified with this stage will equip you with knowledge of functional tech tools and strategies that you can use to get your students through this final stage and to their credential completion and post-community college goals!
