Accessing Student Resources & Completing the ACLS Pre-Test

How to Access Student Resources

Follow these steps to access the American Heart Association (AHA) Student Resources:

• Visit elearning.heart.org/courses.

• Locate your course by searching for ACLS Precourse Self-Assessment.

• Click "Launch Course" to begin.

Important:

• If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so.

• If you are a new user, you must create a free AHA account before proceeding.

How to Complete the ACLS Pre-Test

To complete the required ACLS Precourse Self-Assessment, follow these steps:

• Visit AHA Precourse Self-Assessment.

• Click "Launch This Course" and log in (or create a free AHA account if you do not have one).

• Click "Start" to begin the assessment.

• Continue until you achieve a score of 80% or higher (you may retake the test as needed).

• Print or screenshot your final score and bring it to your scheduled class.

Note: Your score is automatically saved in your AHA account; however, you must present proof of completion at check-in.
