Be Sure to join Google Classroom to turn in work and for updated assignments with class code pe6hnon
In order to continue to get college credits for this course you will need to keep up with assignments and be sure to turn them in.

3/30 - 4/10
Go to TinkerCAD.com -- Click "Join now" in top right corner --- select "Student, Join a class" ---- Enter the class code " WWLSVDXMBJX6" --- Enter "Nickname" which should be your first name
If you have never used TinkerCAD before you may want to utilize the "Learn" tab on the top right to learn some of the tools.
Create a 3D model to scale of your nightstand/end table that you are working on. All parts should be made separate, meaning insides should be open, and should show materials at their actual thicknesses (most wood we are working with is 3/4")
You do not need to do anything to share your model with me. I can see your work as long as you join the class as above.
Model should be completed by April 10th.
Stay well, and away from each other, if you build anything during this time, be sure to share.
Hope to see you all soon.

Reverse Engineering 3/17-3/20
Dig through your closet, basement, attic, garage, and find a device that is no longer needed / could be thrown out. Figure out how to disassemble the device safely without smashing it to pieces. Separate all the parts of the device, take pictures of it all and try to identify the purpose and each part. Figure out how it functions.
Are there any parts that you cannot identify what they are able to do? Do they have numbers on them? Try to google part numbers
Are there any parts that you can think of a way to improve?
Why was the device obsolete or garbage for you?
Was it broken? How could it be fixed?
Was it an old version? What do you think they changed in the new one? Why? Better? Faster? Cheaper?
Select one part and create an account on TinkerCAD.com and try to recreate a 3D model replication of the part.
