標記の件について、本学の研究振興企画課から下記のとおり通知がありましたのでお知らせいたします。
本件に係る手続きは特にありませんが、「基盤Ｓ又は学変Ｂの研究分担者となっている場合」で「来年度へ繰り越す未使用金が発生予定の場合」は、今年度は必ず繰越申請が必要となりますので速やかに研究代表者と調整願います。

文部科学省及び日本学術振興会より、令和８年度科研費における以下の研究種目の
基金化について別添のとおり通知がありましたのでお知らせいたします。
本件について、研究代表者等及び関係者へも周知いただきますようお願いいたします。
・基盤研究（S）
・学術変革領域研究（B）
《主な留意事項》
・継続課題の交付内定は【令和８年２月末頃】を予定しています。
基金化に伴う継続課題の交付申請及び研究費の執行等についての詳細は
令和８年２月末の交付内定通知にてご確認ください。
※交付内定は令和８年２月末頃ですが、「令和８年度」以降の補助事業としての
交付内定となります。
※現在、令和７年度補助事業として交付決定がなされている補助金課題は、
引き続き補助金課題として令和８年３月３１日まで補助事業期間が継続します。
令和８年度へ繰越を行った場合、引き続き補助金課題として実施されます。
・継続課題については、「調整金」を利用した令和７年度から令和８年度への次年度使用の
受付は行わないとのことですので、令和８年度に次年度申請を予定していた研究課題に
ついては、現在受付中の繰越申請を利用するよう関係者へ周知願います。
なお、繰越の要件に合致しないなど繰越制度を利用できない場合には、当担当までご連絡願います。

このたび、科学研究費助成事業に関する実務担当者向け説明会（オンライン）を
開催しますので、別添のとおり通知いたします。
日本学術振興会より講師をお招きし制度概要について解説していただく【第一部】と
学内手続について取り扱う【第二部】の二部構成となっております。
いずれか一方のみの参加も可能です。
特に誤りが生じやすい年度末から年度当初にかけての時期を見据え、
科研費事業に係る基本事項の理解促進にお役立ていただくことを目的としております。
日本学術振興会の方に直接質問できる良い機会でもありますので、
今後に向けた準備の一助として是非ご活用ください。

（繰越対象となる研究種目はメッセージ下部に掲載しています。）
交付済の科研費（補助金分）の研究課題について、交付決定時には
予想し得なかったやむを得ない事由により年度内に完了することが
困難となったものは、その全部又は一部を翌年度に繰越して研究を
継続することが可能です。
つきましては今年度の科研費繰越について下記のとおり通知いたし
ますので、繰越を希望する場合は別添「繰越申請に当たっての留意
事項」を熟読の上、次のとおりにお手続き願います。
※一度繰り越した課題を再度繰り越す「事故繰越（再繰越）」の
手続きについては、対象者に個別に手続きを通知します。

●第３回：令和８年１月以降に繰越事由が発生した場合【締切厳守（※２）】

※１：提出期間や連絡日の締切にかかわらず、申請予定のものは可能な限り早めに
提出又は連絡ください。
※２：第３回提出期間以降で繰越が必要となった場合は事務局と相談の上、
申請が可能か判断いたしますので速やかに連絡願います。

添付ファイル：上記【提出様式】にある書類の電子ファイルを添付。
【その他、手続きに関する注意事項】
（間接経費の繰越額について）
間接経費の繰越額は「０円」としてください。
（事務担当者による修正について）
繰越申請手続では機関・部局事務担当者による軽微な修正（誤字・脱字の
修正、計画欄の整理、記入例に近づける等の単純化作業等）をシステム上で
行いますので、システム入力画面にある「所属研究機関事務担当者による修
正を希望しない」にはチェックを入れないでください。なおこのような方法
での修正を希望しない場合は提出書類が異なりますので、システム作成開始
前に速やかに連絡願います。
（「調整金」を利用した次年度使用について）
繰越制度と類似した制度として「「調整金」を利用した次年度使用」の申請
があります。繰越制度の要件に合致しない未使用金、あるいは繰越制度の申請
期限に間に合わなかった未使用金はこちらの制度を利用できる場合があります
ので、利用をご検討願います。また、申請内容によっては事務からこの制度の
利用を勧める場合もあります。

このことについて、下記事業の支援希望者を募集します。
ついては、別紙募集要領を参照の上、貴部局等において支援対象者となる
要件を満たし、支援を希望する者がいる場合は、貴部局にて取りまとめの上、
支援申請書等を各事業の締切日までに下記担当へ提出願います。
なお、「科研費アドバイザーによる大型研究種目採択支援事業」については、
申請期限を定めておりませんので、支援を希望する者がいた場合は随時提出
願います。
