確定申告等に係る「北海道大学アンビシャス博士人材フェローシップ支払証明書」の送付について / “Hokkaido University Ambitious Doctoral Fellowship Payment Certificate” for 2023 final tax return and others 

本フェローシップに採用された方に支払われる研究専念支援金は、基本的には、雑所得として課税対象となるため、確定申告が必要となります。該当年月に支払いを受けた方には、当室から「北海道大学アンビシャス博士人材フェローシップ支払証明書」を郵送でお送りいたしますので、確定申告の際に証明書をご提出いただければ幸いです。

また、現フェローシップ生については全員に郵送します。修了、辞退等により現在受給していない方については希望者のみに郵送します。

つきましては、以下の内容をご確認ください。

The research fellowship paid to the recipients of this fellowship program is basically taxable as miscellaneous income, so you are required to do a final tax return. For those who received the research fellowship in this year (2023), our office will send a "Hokkaido University Ambitious Doctoral Fellowship Payment Certificate" by mail, so please submit this certificate when filing your final tax return.

This certificate will be mailed to all current fellowship recipients. For those who are not currently receiving the fellowship due to completion, declination, etc., the certificate will be mailed only to those who wish to receive it.

【送付対象者】

該当年の1月～12月に一度でも研究専念支援金を受け取っている方

[Subjects to whom certificates will be sent]

Those who have received at least one research fellowship between January and December of the applicable year.

【確定申告期間及び対象額】

毎年２月～３月頃にその前年（前年度ではない）の課税対象額を申告します。

また、１月１日～１２月３１日の受領額から、授業料などの研究に要した費用を必要経費として控除した残額が課税対象額です。

【送付予定日】

毎年２月上旬に郵送します。

【発行部数】

お送りする部数は1部です。

【送り先の住所】

◆修了、辞退等により現在受給していない方 

希望者のみに郵送しますので、以下のGoogleフォームにて住所をお知らせください。

※郵送先は日本国内に限ります。また、学生番号欄には在学時の番号を入力してください。 

◆現フェローシップ生 

全員に郵送します（本フォームに住所登録をされなかった方にも郵送します）。本学に登録されている住所（入学時に所属学院の教務担当に申し出ている住所）にお送りしますが、次の方は大変恐れ入りますが以下のフォームから改めて郵送先をご連絡ください。 ※郵送先は日本国内に限ります。 

1.所属学院の教務担当に住所変更の申し出をされていない方

2.「1.」の申し出をしたかどうか曖昧な方（少しでも登録されている住所に不安のある方は登録をお願いします）

※本件に関する住所登録は証明書の送付のためのものであり、本学の基本情報の住所登録とは異なります。住所に変更があった学生は、改めて、所属学院の教務担当にも申し出てください。

3.「1.」の申し出を最近された方は、教務システムに反映されるまで、タイムラグがあるかもしれませんので、以下のフォームにもご登録ください。

Please use the Google Form below to provide us with your address so we can mail it to you if you wish.

* Mailing address must be within Japan. Please enter your student number in the “Student Number” field.

◆Current fellowship students

We will mail the certificate to everyone (even those who did not enter your address on this form). The certificate will be sent to the address registered with the university (the address provided to the academic affairs office of your graduate school at the time of admission), but if any of the following apply to you, please contact us again using the form below.

* The mailing address must be in Japan.

1. Those who have not submitted a change of address to the academic affairs office at your graduate school.

2. Those who are unclear as to whether you offered “1”. (If you have any concerns about your registered address, please enter your address on this form.)

* The address registration for this matter is to send the payment certificate. It is different from the address registration of the basic information as HU students. If you have changed your address, you should also notify the academic affairs office of your graduate school.

3. If you have recently submitted an offer for “1”, there may be some time lag until it is reflected in the academic affairs system, so please also register using this form below.

注）確定申告の手続きについて、確定申告は、ご自身で手続きを行ってください。また、フェローシップ生向けに、ご自身で確定申告ができるようオンラインセミナーの開催を予定しております。日程が確定しましたら改めてご連絡いたします。

Note: Please complete the procedure for the final tax return yourself. In addition, we are planning to hold an online seminar for fellowship students so that you can file your final tax return. We will contact you when the date is confirmed.

確定申告以外で支払い証明書が必要な方は下段の発行依頼先までご連絡ください
