家長學堂成立於2018-2019年。與 Martin Seligman 的正向心理學理論互相呼應，家長學堂開發了“PARENT”框架，以促進家校合作和家長教育。該框架包括發展學生的正面品格和優良素質的六個核心要素。它們是積極情緒 (P)、成就 (A)、關係 (R)、投入感(E)、培育 (N) 以及團隊合作 (T)。這些皆是個人取得成就和積極幸福的基本素質。

Welcome to the A-Parent Education Academy
The Hong Kong Baptist University Affiliated School Wong Kam Fai Secondary and Primary School is committed to developing multiple intelligences and character building of the students. Through quality whole-person education, we aim at nurturing and empowering our students to be intelligent, well-informed, artistic, creative, civic-minded, spiritually mature, and physically strong. I strongly believe that the school environment as well as the family support play essential roles in fostering student growth and success. I value the importance of home-school partnership in “training up a child in the way he should do when he is old, he will not depart from it” (Proverbs 22:6).

The A-Parent Education Academy was established in the year 2018-2019. In alignment with Martin Seligman’s theory of positive psychology, the Academy develops its “PARENT” framework to promote home-school collaboration and parent education. The framework includes the six core elements of developing character strengths and flourishing the well-being of our students. They are Positive Emotion (P), Achievement (A), Relationship (R), Engagement (E), Nurture (N), as well as Teamwork (T). These are essential qualities for one’s achievement and positive well-being.
The A-Parent Education Academy was established in the year 2018-2019.
