Relationships. Engagement. Policies.

The Legislative Team aims to engage effectively in legislative and policymaking processes to interrupt the climate emergency, reducing dependency on fossil fuels.

The team generally meets over Zoom every two weeks (weekly during the legislative session) on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m.

Core activities:

Identify key legislative committees and their members
Make contact and build relationships with policymakers from all political parties
Select key bills and policies to support
Follow-up to support passage and implementation
Amplify messages and actions from ally organizations
Model and encourage care for future generations
