The Education Team identifies and implements educational opportunities for the chapter that will increase members' knowledge base, climate literacy, and lead to climate actions.
The team generally meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m.

Meet monthly to make decisions about education/action needs.
When appropriate, decide on a quarterly focus based on member requests and opportunities
Arrange and host meeting speakers, agenda and follow-up
Set up and facilitate gatherings for webinar watch parties; Pilot an in-person film and follow-up discussion
Set up and facilitate climate relevant tours and/or field trips
Nurture and sustain the quarterly ECA Book Club
Coordinate with planning group/membership team for the annual in-person meeting in September honoring Grandparent Day/Month
