EGUSD Account Sign in issues
If you are unable to sign in with your EGUSD account and you believe that you need your password reset, please contact Student Support Stusupport@egusd.net | (916) 686-0245 for assistance. Student Support can only reset student passwords.
ParentVUE Issues
To reset ParentVUE passwords, and for support will all other ParentVUE issues, please contact your child's school. Student Support does NOT assist with ParentVUE Issues.
Secondary Students Only
If you are new to the district or anytime your password is reset to a temporary password, you will be required to create a new password. As soon as you are able, go to the EGUSD ClassLink Portal or sign onto a district Chromebook to change your password. Please refer to the video below or the guide how to change your student password for detailed instructions.
