This site will provide basic troubleshooting suggestions and guides for common issues encountered during distance and concurrent learning. If further support is needed, EGUSD Technology Services is available to provide assistance with technical issues for students and families. Please be aware that our troubleshooting service may be limited based on the reported issue.

EGUSD Account Sign in issues

If you are unable to sign in with your EGUSD account and you believe that you need your password reset, please call Student Support for assistance. Student Support can only reset student passwords. To reset ParentVUE passwords, please contact your student's school.

Secondary Students Only

If you are new to the district or anytime your password is reset to a temporary password, you will be required to create a new password. As soon as you are able, go to the EGUSD ClassLink Portal or sign onto a district Chromebook to change your password. Please refer to the video below or the guide how to change your student password for detailed instructions.
