Please follow the guide to perform a hard reset on your Chromebook. This reset may need to be performed 3 or 4 times before the Chromebook responds. If available to you, you can also try connecting the Chromebook to a different charger. If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve your issue, please contact your student's school to exchange the Chromebook.
If your voice appears to be too loud or too quiet to the other participants during a video call, this issue is often resolved by adjusting a simple setting. Please refer to the guide Chromebook Audio Issues for a possible resolution.

When you go to a website, sometimes the content will not load properly. Sometimes parts of the websites will load, other times it will only show a blank white screen. If you have an issue accessing any website try clearing the cache and history on Google Chrome. If you continue to have an issue, try allowing pop-ups on the website. Sometimes resetting Google Chrome to default settings may resolve the issue.
Please have your student's teacher submit a request to the Tech Services Help Desk to resolve access issues.
