Relationship Skills: The ability to establish and maintain healthy and rewarding relationships with diverse individuals and groups. The ability to communicate clearly, listen well, cooperate with others, resist inappropriate social pressure, negotiate conflict constructively, and seek and offer help when needed.



Relationship Skills Family Friendly Activities:

Do Unto Otters - This engaging video adaptation of the children’s book, Do Unto Otters, teaches young children the importance of using manners and treating others the way you want to be treated in order to have healthy friendships.

Write a letter or draw a picture for a loved one - This activity is perfect for young children/tweens, teens and adults to communicate their thoughts and feelings with their loved ones.

Family Scavenger Hunts - These outdoor scavenger hunts are a great way to get outside as a family to communicate, cooperate, and have fun together. Ages baby to 99 can all benefit!
