Continuing for Spring 2026 Dual Enrollment:
Students who are enrolled in courses fall 2025 term as DE students at any LRCCD campus DO NOT need to submit another CCCApply application nor a Special Admit Form again for spring term as continuing students.
Prior Approval to receive high school credit(if course meets criteria) is required before starting the course. Meet with Ms. Valenzuela.
If you have a LRID# and eServices account and did not enroll in a fall course, you'll proceed with steps below. However, you'll need to complete the Special Admit Form again before you can enroll in courses.
To enroll in Spring courses, continuing students must:
1. Complete the Supplemental Enrollment form in eServices
2. View their enrollment appointment, which is the appointed date/time they can begin to enroll for fall in their eServices account.
a) To view the enrollment appointment: Log into eServices, and view the “Enrollment Announcements” tile on the student home page.
3. View spring course offerings(available mid-late October) by reviewing the online class schedule
4. Meet with your high school counselor, Lisa Valenzuela, to discuss prospective courses and complete the DE Course Plan/Approval Form. She can recommend courses for your college/career plans, help prevent course enrollment issues, and check if your courses are eligible to receive high school credit/ approval.
5. Enroll in the courses during or after Priority 3
a) Priority 3 for Spring 2026: December 18-19
New Dual Enrollment Students
(Including those who did NOT ENROLL in FALL 2025 TERM):
EGUSD's Dual Enrollment Site/How to Apply is linked above for Eligibility and Steps to complete. Students new to Dual Enrollment must apply to the community college first to get a LRID Number and create an eServices account.
If you have a LRID# and eServices account and did not enroll in a fall course, you can skip Step 1 on "Dual Enrollment Site/How to Apply" and proceed with other steps.
Prior Approval to receive high school credit(if course meets criteria) is required before starting the course. Meet with Ms. Valenzuela
High school Special Admit submission deadlines are before the LRCC deadlines. Please do not wait for LRCC deadline to submit and expect counselor to sign off same day. Especially if you have not discussed your course plan with Ms. Valenzuela.

Changes to LRCC Dual Enrollment Process, Effective Spring 2025 Term:
New online Special Admit Form & enrollment steps (easier/faster process, students no longer need to upload, allows counselor to sign off and submit directly to college)
New online Special Admit Form does not require you enter the courses therefore, connecting with your high school counselor is important.
Meet with Ms. Valenzuela/Step 4 to discuss college course plan or email her the courses student plans to take, before completing Step 5/online Special Admit Form.
Once application approved by community college, student will receive notifications and a priority course registration date/time- during the 2 day period which is soonest students can register for courses from their eService’s account. Admissions staff no longer register their courses.
The Special Admit E-Form is only required once, if students register consecutively for fall & spring terms. Otherwise, students will need to submit Special Admit E-Form again.
Students need to contact Ms. Valenzuela informing her of college courses they plan to take for every subsequent term, as there is a school DE Course Plan/Approval form to complete.
If students do not apply in advanced to be issued a dual enrollment priority registration date/time, they can apply during open enrollment once application clears.
