WWII Evacuee Day

Year 5 were able to enjoy a fun WWII experience day which was full of interesting information, exciting activities and wonderful outfits. The children got the chance to do some army drills, learn a WWII dance and find out all about WWII clothing. The children were a credit to the school and participated in all aspects of the day.

Sock Monkeys!

Strictly Come Dancing: WWII Style

Since October half term, Year 5 have been learning how to perform the lindyhop dance in their indoor PE lessons. Although they are not quite finished yet, we have a sneak preview of their progress so far.
