When planning how you will work together in the data-driven process, be mindful of how you organise your team's collaborative work. Thinking about who really needs to attend meetings and who does not, and being clear on the objectives of each meeting are crucial aspects for having a clear, productive and purposeful meeting. To facilitate this process, make agendas for each meeting that any member of the team can review ahead of time.
Meeting agenda should include the following information:
The date, time and location of the meeting
The main topic of the meeting
The attendees, including different roles that each attendee can take on, like a timekeeper or note keeper
The meeting's objectives
If there is anything that attendees need to prepare, to read ahead of time or to bring to the meeting
Schedule of minutes, including how much time is dedicated for each objective
A list of next steps and distribution of responsibilities
Here you can find an example template of a meeting agenda.
Together with your team think about and discuss the questions provided in the worksheet.
