Maths application

Using the example of a daily schedule (on the left), create your own schedule. This can be just your learning schedule or one for everything!

Think about whether you want to make one where you do the same thing everyday, or if you want to make a different one for every day of the week (like what we had when we were at school).

Challenge: Include both analogue and digital times on your schedule and think about how long you will spend on each activity.

Frisbee Golf

Practice! Practice! Practice! That is what you have to do if you want to be at the top of your game and number 1 in your chosen sport. Frisbee golf is the same!

Equipment: An empty basket eg laundry, Frisbee (a soft ball is ok too!)

How to Play: Set up an empty basket in the backyard or an open area. Using a frisbee toss it towards the basket trying to get it in. If it does not go in then take another shot from where it landed. Keep going until you do get it in. Record the number of times you toss the frisbee to get it in the basket. If you have a sibling or parent they can play too and record their shots as well. Move the basket and see how many tosses it now takes to get the frisbee in.

You could have 10 rounds of the game where you move the basket around to 10 different places! Keep recording your score.

*Who won?

*Can you play again moving the basket into other positions?

This can be played around obstacles in the backyard like a trampoline, pool or swing set! We have played this at home and started around the side of the house while the basket was in middle of the backyard. We have also started from on the trampoline!
