1)     As a class you will watch the Day 2 briefing video.

2)     You are now going to work on Task 4. This will involve you working out where your store will be located. Looking at the Map of Southland pick a location for your shop. Your store will be a pop up/kiosk style store. These are stores that are located in the middle of a walkway and people can walk around all 4 sides of the shop.

3)     Once you have selected your location mark it on the map provided. Then you need to write a paragraph explaining why you selected this spot. What about it makes it likely to be the most profitable for your business?

1) You are now going to work on Task 5. This will involve you doing some research on what items you will need to have in your store to ensure it is successful.

2) There will be some things you must have in order for your business to run and other things you would like to have to enhance success. 

3) Try and come up with more examples than those given in the IBL booklet.

2)     You are required to make 2 scale drawings for this project

a)     One as a birds eye view of the store (looking from above)

b)    One from the front of the store (looking at where people would be paying and your window display)
