When you describe your treehouse you are going to use describing adjectives, opinion adjectives and similes. Our describing adjectives might describe the colour, the shape, the feel, the size. Examples of our describing adjectives may be brown and bumpy, may be small, green leaves. It may be brown and rough. If I were describing the door, it may be small and brown. It might have a bright, yellow light.
They are my describing adjectives.
My opinion adjectives are words like pretty, beautiful, lovely. So I may say that it is a lovely treehouse.
It doesn’t describe how it looks. But it is my opinions. They are the opinions adjectives.
Our similes are when we compare two objects to each other, using the word like or as. And I may say, that the treehouse was as big as a giant. I may say that the roots look like spaghetti. So when you are describing your treehouse, try and use describing adjectives, opinion adjectives and maybe a simile.
