Staff can tick the selected fields as well as write comments to support their concerns.
It is still located under Wellbeing > Data Records > Student Referrals.
This provides a ‘centralised’ place for all Learning Support & Welfare referrals as there is a huge crossover between the two. It also is descriptive and provides an accurate picture of the concerns.

- Touch base with the HT and then if needed the YA prior. Check PLaSP under Profiles first.
- Go to Sentral
- Select Wellbeing
- Select Data Record
- Select Student Referral
- Complete as many fields as you can.
- Print summary for your own records if you wish.
- Notify:
- HT Welfare
- Year Adviser
- School Counsellor
- HT Learning Support (learning)
If you are signed-in to Google with your DoE account (@education.nsw.gov.au) you will see a video with the steps below.
