Attendance

Attendance is the function centre where teachers can access the following functions;

• Daily attendance
• House group roll marking
• Print Roll Marking Sheets
• Sick bay
• Period by Period marking (PxP), allowing them to mark their class rolls electronically.

Printing Paper Class Rolls

To print paper copies of your class rolls follow the following steps:

1. Click on the Attendance function of Sentral
2. On the menu on the left click on Reports
3. Then roll marking sheets
4. Next step is to make sure you set the correct Time Period from the drop down menu eg, show report for: the term of, term 1, 2017
5. Next step is to make sure you set Report on to classes in the drop down menu.
6. Now select all classes you wish to print rolls for by clicking the check box next to the class code
7. And finally click Print to print the roll marking sheets.
