Archiving PxP Rolls

To archive your class (PxP) rolls at the end of the year/term:

• Go to PxP under the Attendance section of Sentral.
• On the left-hand side, under Administration, select Historical Rolls

(do not tick 'Show Overall Attendance Codes ' at the top of the page)

• Use Ctrl + F (or scroll) to find your class.
• Press PDF under Generate.

• A PDF of the roll will most probably be downloaded and available in the 'Downloads' folder of your computer.
• Save this to the T Drive in accordance with the decision of your faculty as to how you will archive rolls.
