How to use OneNote

This video looks at how to access and use OneNote and set it up with sections and pages. The first thing to do, is to open Microsoft Office 365 and then OneNote.

Click '+New' and select blank notebook. Name it and press create. In the new notebook, click to enter a section name and press OK. Each section can have several pages and sub-pages in it. It is also possible to insert files as attachments or printouts inside a page.

This is how a new OneNote can be created and accessed online to stay organised.

This video looks at how to access and use Class OneNote with students. The first thing to do, is to open Microsoft Office 365 and then OneNote.

Click '+New' and select Class Notebook. Name it and press 'Next'. There is an option to add a co-teacher if required. Add students by typing in their names or pasting their emails. Check preview and press 'Create'. Click 'Open in OneNote online'. Check out the welcome page. Click'Class Notebook'. There is an option to add or remove students and co-teachers. In Class Notebook, each student's notebook can be looked at to check where they are upto with their classwork.

This is how a new Class OneNote can be created and used to teach students online.
