Where do you think you are situated in the TPACK diagram? Which areas do you need to be building on?

The lesson plan above is a year 9 PASS theory lesson on the differences between men and women pay through sport. Even though this lesson does involve ICT use, I have altered my lesson around to fit phase one and two of the TIP Model. to create a full ICT involvement in this lesson. Phase one is the 'analysis of learning and teaching needs' and it has been implemented into my lesson plan as a form of classroom management strategy (Roblyer & Doering, 2014). This class was a generally loud class and often got distracted through whole class discussions so creating technology based activities may keep students on task. Phase two, 'planning for integration', was implemented into this lesson plan as a form of assessment strategy (Roblyer & Doering, 2014). This is seen at the start of the lesson where students are completing a KAHOOT as a form of diagnostic assessment. This assessment allowed me to see what students know about the content before I taught. This helped with my teaching as I could see what I had to explain more throughout the lesson or did not have to spend to much time on.
The Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) model looks at how pre-service teachers use technology to intersect with pedagogical and content knowledge. Pre-service teachers should be able to identify that technology should be infused into the curriculum so that these teachers can understand the educational purpose for the use of ICT resources as well as how it can be used in the teaching and learning (Tondeur et al., 2017). The TPACK model is a model I will intergrade into my teaching as it provides a combination of of technological pedagogy to implement technology into the teaching and learning cycle in the most effective way (Roblyer & Doering, 2014).
For me, I feel like I am situated in the technological and content knowledge of the TPACK diagram. This is because I feel like I have a sound knowledge on technology knowledge such as working with technology in the classroom and using technology as a classroom resource and tool. With content knowledge, I again believe I have a strong knowledge of the subject area and content I am teaching. I believe I still need to build on my pedagogical knowledge as I am still learning about including practices or methods into my teaching and learning (Edtech Classroom, 2021). This is mainly due as me still be a young and inexperienced and teaching, so I believe I am still trying to find teaching and learning methods that best suit me and my teaching style as well as the classes I teach.
