They are currently unwell
If a student is absent without a medical reason this will be recorded as an unauthorised absence.
School start and finish times return back to normal, starting at 8.50am for roll call. Students are to follow their regular timetable.
If your child is unwell, do not send them to school. If they are unwell at school the school will phone you, or your nominated emergency contact, and you will need to collect them immediately. We will still report on student learning this semester. However these reports are likely to be less formal than usual, and focus more on student attitudes to learning, and a summary of progress in each subject so far, rather than precise grades and marks.

We have several methods of communicating with our community.
This includes:
• Our school website
• Parent/carer emails
• School Facebook and Instagram pages
• Weekly updates on the two school signs
• A new Learning Hub we’re continually updating, which will be a central source for current information. The Learning Hub will be accessible through links on our school website and Facebook posts.
Staff will need to maintain physical distancing during the next phase, which will apply to both classrooms and playground areas. However, following AHPPC advice, students no longer have to practice physical distancing from other students. Staff still need to maintain physical distancing from staff and students.
Regular hand washing reminders will be given, and we have secured supplies of hand sanitiser which will be applied regularly. Enhanced cleaning will be conducted by our regular contracted cleaning staff, including during the day to clean and sanitise high use areas and learning spaces.
