Welcome to the website for the Creative & Performing Arts Auditions. On this site you will find all the information you need to apply for Nepean CAPA High School in 2025 including requirements for auditions in
Creative Arts, Circus Arts, Dance, Drama and Music.

Auditions are open for Years 7 - 11 and are pending availability. Should there be no availability for successful students, they will be placed on a waiting list and contacted once the place is available.

The cost for First Round Video Audition is a non-refundable fee of $40 per audition.
Should your child be successful in First Round Video Audition and be invited to Second Round Live Audition, the cost is a non-refundable fee of $60 per audition.
These fees are used to pay staffing and administration costs for auditions.

Please note: Drama will be held as a LIVE AUDITION only.

To enrol in the Creative or the Performing Arts streams at Nepean CAPA High School applicants must be successful at audition. Students may audition for as many of the CAPA areas as they would like.

Successful applicants in Year 7 have the opportunity to study 1 CAPA subject area
Successful applicants in Year 8  have the opportunity to study up to 2 CAPA subject areas
Successful applicants in Years 9 &10 have the opportunity to study up to 3 CAPA subject areas
Successful applicants in Year 11 have the opportunity to select as many CAPA areas of study as they are able to depending upon the elective line structure.
