The embedded sheet below lists project table assignments and judging times, organized alphabetically by District and then School. Tables are grouped together as school units. Review the Project Central Map for a general idea of how projects will be laid out in the Exhibit Hall on Level Three of the building.
While we recognize that many schools are traveling a tremendous distance to reach Lexington, all judging times are assigned randomly in interest of fairness. Judging Times can not be changed; however, if your project team is running late you will have a chance to present to judges. If your team misses their assigned judging time for reasons beyond your control, please alert the Project Central officials immediately. Expect to be judged in the final time-slot of the morning at 12:15 PM.
IMPORTANT: If your Project Team is advanced to Level 3 but cannot stay for the entire STLP Awards Show 5pm-7pm, please let officials know immediately so your Level 3 judging space can be re-allocated to another team. Only teams that commit to stay for the entire award show are eligible to be named STLP State Project Champions.
Upon arrival, go directly to your table to set up...no need to "check in". Map shows general layout.
For fairness, times were assigned randomly. Custom judge times can not be arranged. Be ready!

All L3 Teams are recognized on stage. Can't stay for awards? Let another team take your L3 spot.
After multiple deadline extensions and campaigns to verify the accuracy of submissions, the window for adding Level 2 Projects has officially closed. If your team is does not appear but you are confident that a registration was submitted, please locate and forward the registration email receipt with any request for inclusion of new projects. No system is perfect...any team that can show proof of registration will be included.
Why can't additional project teams be added?
