Rangjung Primary School has adopted a whole school approach to its Scouting program, where every member of the school community—teachers, students, and staff—actively participates in promoting the values and principles of Scouting. The program is not limited to a few students but is integrated across all classes and activities, fostering teamwork, leadership, discipline, and community service. Teachers serve as mentors and Scout leaders, guiding students to live by the Scout Promise and Law, thus creating a culture of responsibility, cooperation, and service within the school.
