The School Day

The school day at Rosehill begins at 8.30am. Young people are able to access the atrium, via the front entrance, from 8.15am, and make their way to Homeroom from 8.25am.

The day consists of Homeroom first, and is then divided into 7 periods. A number of lessons are ‘doubles’.

There is a morning rest break and an afternoon rest break, of 30 minutes each.

The school day finishes at 3.25pm, with young people expected to vacate the building by 3.30pm.

All young people are required to collect Chromebooks during Homeroom and will be supported to return these a couple of minutes before the end of each day.
