Making a Request for Neurodiversity Assessment 

As of the 20th October, requests for Neurodiversity Assessment will not be accepted to the Single Point of Access mailbox. 

Please send ND assessment requests to:

Children under 7 years old: loth.childrenswaitinglistteam@nhs.scot 

Children and young people 7 or older: loth.CAMHSeastlothianreferrals@nhs.scot

If you are the professional who made the referral, you can email or phone.

For Parents/Carers:

NHS Lothian cannot respond via email to parent/ carer queries.
