What is it like being interviewed by AI?
Instead of a normal "About me" section, the goal of this first task was to explore how AI can act as an interviewer.
The results were better than expected, the questions ran smoothly and were very well-worded and in-depth.
You can find the interview below:

Let's do an interview for my portfolio, specifically for the "About me" page. The interview needs to have as much of a natural flow as possible, so please ask me a series of questions in such a way that you always expect me to answer. Then analyze what I say and respond to it.

That sounds like a great idea! Let's get started. 😊
1. Can you tell me a bit about yourself and what inspired you to pursue your current career or field of study?
Feel free to share as much detail as you'd like!
Sent by you:
Hello, my full name is Athina Kardiakou and I come from Athens, Greece. My main field of study until now has been Informatics & Telecommunications during my Bachelor's degree, but alongside my studies I also completed a Pegadogical and Teaching Competence Program that gradually got me involved in education. I was inspired by the capability of technology to change people's learning experiences, and combining my own technical skills in a creative way to contribute to that, so that is why I chose my field of study in my Master's degree to be around Learning Sciences and Educational Technology.
Sent by Copilot:
That’s fascinating, Athina! It sounds like you have a strong foundation in both technology and education.
2. Can you share a specific project or experience during your studies that had a significant impact on you and your career path?
I’m curious to hear about any particular moments or projects that stand out to you.

During that pedagogical program that I completed, there were several lab projects for which I needed to combine theoretical frameworks with educational technology to create learning designs that would be suitable for teaching Computer Science concepts. This process overall was very interesting and creating for me and made me realize that I want to continue in this career path. However, there was one specific project that was Educational Robotics-related that we had to use a simulation software to explain some robotics concept and also create relative worksheets. I found myself really inspired by this concept and combined the mazes in the simulation software with Greek mythology to introduce the students to the concept in a multidisciplinary way, as well as actual construction of a maze with carton.

That project sounds incredibly innovative and engaging! Combining robotics with Greek mythology must have made the learning experience both fun and educational for the students.
3. How do you think your background in Informatics & Telecommunications has influenced your approach to educational technology and learning sciences?
I’m interested in how your technical skills have shaped your perspective and methods in education.
Sent by you:
I believe that my technical background has helped me have a logical way of thinking in general and analyzing information, have a wide digital toolset in mind when I think about how I can use technology in educational settings and when I am creating learning designs, but also it has helped me deal with emerging technologies such as AI in a kind of a balanced way.
Sent by Copilot:
It’s clear that your technical background has provided you with a strong foundation for your work in educational technology. Your ability to think logically and analyze information must be incredibly valuable.
4. What are some of the key challenges you’ve faced in integrating technology into educational settings, and how have you overcome them?
I’d love to hear about any obstacles you’ve encountered and the strategies you’ve used to address them.
