登録項目内における一部の日付について、一律に「2023年12月22日」として正しくない日付が登録される不具合が生じておりますのでご注意ください。
There is a problem with some of the dates in the registration items, where the incorrect date is uniformly registered as "December 22, 2023".

システム改修に伴い、「２．論文」の「種別」を一部更新いたしました。
［更新前］原著論文／学位論文／総説・調査論文／掲載論文（学術会議、学術雑誌）・会議録／レター・速報
［更新後］原著論文／レター・速報／学位論文／調査・症例報告等／総説、会議録、その他
更新前に「総説・調査論文」「掲載論文（学術会議、学術雑誌）・会議録」を選択されていたデータについては、管理者側ですべて「総説、会議録、その他」にしていますので、もし正しくない場合はご自身で修正をお願いいたします。また、修正の際、新しく必須項目として追加した「特に重要な業績と考えられるもの」については、「NO」で登録しておりますので、もし重要な業績の場合はこちらも修正をお願いいたします。修正に際し、ご不明な点がございましたら、問い合わせ窓口までお知らせください。
Due to system renovation, "Category" of "2. Paper" has been partially updated.

All data that were selected as "Review・Survey" or "Conference Proceedings" before the system update have been changed to "Reviews, Conference Proceedings, Others" by the administrator, so please edit them yourself if they are not correct. In addition, the newly added required field "Can Be Considered Particularly Important" is registered as "NO". Please correct this field as well if the achievement is important. If you have any questions regarding the correction, please contact us.

【システム改修後運用開始のお知らせ Notice after System Change】
システムの改修を行い、インターフェイスと登録項目を一部変更しました。この改修により、研究科内の各種申請・審査等（＊）における評価資料としてAAAsが活用される予定です。AAAsに入力されていない業績は評価の対象外となりますので、学生の皆さんはAAAsへの業績情報の入力・更新をお願いいたします。利用に際し、不具合等ございましたら、問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。
＊日本学生支援機構の特に優れた業績による返還免除や研究科長賞の候補者選考など、各専攻等における審査など
The following changes have been made to the system. (Click here for more information.) The AAAs will be used as an evaluation document for various applications and reviews (*) within the Graduate School, etc. Since achievements not recorded in the AAAs will not be evaluated, students are encouraged to enter and update their achievement information in the AAAs. If you have any problems using the AAAs, please contact us.
(* e.g. Selection of candidates for JASSO Scholarship “Exemption from Return for Particularly Outstanding Achievement” and for the Dean’s Award, etc. in each department)

【システム改修のお知らせ Notice of System Modification】
現在、システム改修を行っており、インターフェイスと登録項目を一部変更しています。しばらくの間、利用に際し不具合が生じる可能性があります。改修が完了したらこちらでお知らせいたします。
The archive is currently undergoing a system upgrade and some changes are being made to the interface and registration elements. Please note that there is a possibility that you may experience problems when using the archive for a while. We will notify you here when the modifications are completed.

AAAsのシステム改変事項は以下の通りです。| AAAs system has been currently modified as follows.
１．アーカイブ項目「学内プログラム選抜採択実績」への情報収集を終了しました。
'Special Education Programs for UTokyo Graduate Students' infomation in the archive is no longer needed to update and removed from the interface.
※それまでに登録された「学内プログラム選抜採択実績」のデータはアーカイブ内には保存されていますが、以後画面上で確認することができなくなります。必要な場合は担当者までご連絡ください。
The data already registered in "Special Education Programs for UTokyo Graduate Students" will be kept in the archive, but not be seen on the page. If necessary thereafter, please contact us.
２．「データ検索」で表示された検索結果が直接ダウンロード（.csvファイル）できるようになりました。
On the 'Search' page, the result listed up can be directly downloaded as .csv file.

【システム改変のお知らせ | System modification】
現在AAAsのシステム改変が進行中です。支障なく利用はできますが、11月18日（作業完了予定）を目途に以下のように変更されます。
AAAs system is currently modifying. There is no disruption to use, but will be some changes as follows by 18 November (approx date of the work completion).
１．アーカイブの入力項目「学内プログラム選抜採択実績」がインターフェイスから外れます。
'Special Education Programs for UTokyo Graduate Students' at Student Information in the archive is removed from the interface.
※それまでに登録された「学内プログラム選抜採択実績」のデータはアーカイブ内に保管されますが、以後画面上で確認することはできなくなります。必要であれば予めダウンロードしておいてください。
※The information data registered as "Special Education Programs for UTokyo Graduate Students" so far will be retained in the archive, but will no longer be visuable on the screen thereafter. If necessary, please download the data beforehand.
２．「データ検索」の検索結果リストが直接ダウンロード（.csvファイル）できるようになりました。
The list of data ’Search' result can be directly downloaded (as .csv file).

【パスワードリセットについて | Password Reset】
・事前にメールアドレスの登録がある場合はアーカイブのログインページからパスワードリセットをすることができます。メールアドレスの登録がない場合はアーカイブの担当者までログインIDと併せてご連絡ください。| If your emil address is registered in advance, password reset can be proceed from the archive's login page. If it is not done yet, please contact Support Office with your login ID to request the password reset.
・学生はアカウントの基本情報からメールアドレスを登録することができます。その他のアカウントで今後メールアドレスの登録を希望される場合は担当者までお知らせください。| Students can register e-mail address in "Profile" section of their own account. And for any other accounts would like to add email address for the future, please contact Support Office.

【2022年4月入学・博士課程進学生の新規アカウント登録が完了しました | Accounts for the students newly enrolled / going on to the doctoral course of April 2022 are registered in the archive】

博士課程進学の場合、修士課程時に利用していたログイン情報は保持され、登録情報はそれぞれで付与される8桁の学籍番号で区別します。（パスワードは初期化される可能性があります）| For the students going on from master's to doctoral program, Login (Account) ID remains and the distinction is based on the student ID number (8 digits) assigned to each program (Password is possibly initialized).
指導教員との紐づけは確定後に一斉登録されます。（約１ヶ月後）| It will be linked with the supervisors simultaneously after it has been confirmed. (approx. after 1 month)

【重要 | IMPORTANT】
課程修了時もアーカイブの基本情報は決して削除しないでください | DO NOT DELETE your profile information in the Archive even at the graduation of the course (for both master's and doctoral)
アーカイブの「基本情報」が削除されているケースが見受けられます。今後システムは修正しますが、基本情報を削除するとその学籍番号に紐づいたデータが全て見られなくなりますので、課程修了後/課程進学後も決して「基本情報」は削除しないでください。| It is confirmed some cases that the "Profile" information in the Archive have been deleted. The system will be fixed soon however, Please Never Delete your "Profile" information even after the graduation (for both master's and doctoral) or going on to the upper course to avoid loosing all data linked with the student ID number.

【SPRING GX採択の入力について | about SPRING GX registration】
博士後期課程学生を対象とする新しい研究支援事業「SPRING GX」はアーカイブに反映されていませんので、「学内プログラム選抜採択実績」で「WINGS」選択時は備考欄に「SPRING GX」と記入してください。| The new research support project "SPRING GX" for doctoral students is not reflected in the archive, so please enter "SPRING GX" in the Remarks column for selecting "WINGS" programs at "Special Education Programs for UTokyo Graduate Students".

【AAAsの本格利用を開始しました | AAAs has officially started】
試用期間を経て、修士・博士課程全学生がアーカイブを本格的に利用できるようになりました。| After the test-run period, AAAs is now available for all master's and doctoral students.
※科目等履修生・研究生、特別研究学生、特別聴講生は除く | Not for Specially Registered Graduate Students, Research Students, Special Research Students, and Special Auditors.
不具合等が見られる場合はお知らせください。 | If any problems can be confirmed, please contact us.
※10月の進・入学生と指導教員との紐付は10月末以降順次 行います。| The newly enrolled students or moved on the doctoral program students in this October will be linked with the supervisors as from November.
