We learned about the css-box-model.
We had the visit of the Spanish and Finnish teachers during the lesson. They introduced us to their schools and the Erasmus-project. The German pupils had the possibility to ask questions about the computer science lessons in Spain and Finland.
We started to get information about the Spanish and the Finnish schools.
November 2018
We participated at the "Informatik-Biber-competition" and we planed the HTML-project-website. We created a logo für the Erasmus-project.
Students, who participate at the Erasmus-project, got in contact with the spanish and finnish students via Twinspace. They discussed differant possibilities for the Erasmus-project-logo.
December 2018
We learned about the differant parts of a computer like Mainboard, CPU, RAM, Hard-Disc-Drive,… and created a HTML-website about that in German and English language.
Some students redesigned their profiles on Twinspace and they continued their Twinspace-communication about the logo.
January 2019
We could not continue working because the students had to spend two weeks interning in companies and factories (internship).
February 2019
We started to learn Scratch.
On the agenda were also the plans for the Erasmus-trip to Spain.
March 2019
We went on learning Scratch. We started to plan the Scratch-project for intercultural games with the Spanish and Finnish students.
Eight pupils and two teachers visited the IES Rosa Chacel in Colmenar Viejo (Spain).
The Spanish students taught German and Finnish students to handle the Arduino controller. It was programmed with Scratch. Back home, they told their classmates about it.
In Spain, the German students got a lot of good ideas from the Spanish and Finnish students for their scratch projects. They shared their ideas with their classmates at home.
April/May 2019
The students worked on their Scratch-projects. The task was to invent a game that is related to the three countries Spain, Finland and Germany. Local themes such as bullfighting, sauna, Oktoberfest should play a role.
They presented their results to the exchange partners via TwinSpace and got a feedback.
June 2019
The students presented their results in the class and put some results online on Twinspace. The classmates tested the games and gave suggestions for improvement.
July/August 2019

September 2019
We started to learn about Lego Mindstorms NXT and the programming of robots. We had some challenges with robots as vehicles.
October 2019
We learned about the sensors: light sensor, ultrasonic sensor, pressure sensor and sound sensor.
We also had some challenges while using the sensors.
The pupils, who will go to the meeting in Finland, wrote to their exchange-partners on Twin-Space to get to know each other.
November 2019
The pupils started with little projects: robot as a car, robot as a dog, robot as a spinning top, robot as a gun, robot as a radar device.
We had a meeting to prepare the trip to Ilmajoki (Finland).
We really enjoyed the meeting in Finland.
At the end of the month we discussed on TwinSpace (Forum) several ideas for the final project in May 2020.
December 2019
The pupils went on creating several projects with the robots. They also used the webpage https://www.nxtprograms.com/index1.html to get ideas.
They discussed their ideas with the Spanish und Finnish students on TwinSpace.
January 2020
After winter break the pupils got their marks for their nxt-projects.
Febuary 2020
The students started to prepare tasks and "Lernstationen" (learning tasks/stations) with the NXT-robots. They had to think about, how they can teach the Spanish and Finnish students. They also had to formulate the task definition, tips, hints and the solving/solution.
March 2020
We went on preparing the "Lernstationen" for our final meeting. We also talked about the cultural program for the final meeting. And we stayed in contact via TwinSpace with the exchange partners and had discussions in the TwinSpace-Forum.
We started to learn about creating smartphone-apps with the Google-App-Inventor.
The schools in Germany closed on March, 16th. because of Corona.
April 2020
Schools are closed in Germany because of Corona and from April 6th till 17th because of Easter-break.
The students went on learning creating apps at home.
May 2020
Schools are closed in Germany because of Corona. But students went on creating apps with the AppInventor.
On the 15th of May we had a IServ-video-meeting with all the German students who take part of the Erasmus-project. We prepared the final video-meeting.
On 27th of May we had the final video-meeting (Google-meet) with all the participants of the Erasmus-project from Spain, Finland and Germany. We started the meeting all together in one meeting-room (first room). Later we divided the students into four transnational groups. Every group had its own meeting-room. We talked about the restrictions and the home-schooling caused by Corona. At last everybody joined again the meeting-room (first room). The most important things had been summarized again. Then the goodbye followed.
June 2020
The students finished the work on their mobile-apps.
July 2020
The summer-break (holiday) starts.
