KEES: Students must have a GPA of 2.75 to earn KEES money each year of high school. They must maintain a 2.5 in college to keep their KEES money.
Dual Credit (English, math, social studies or science): Students get 1 free dual credit class for Junior year and 1 free dual credit class for Senior year.
Work Ready Dual Credit (Career and Technical Education): Students get 2 free work ready classes in a career pathway each year of high school.

Most colleges and universities have scholarships that only require one application and will match you with eligible scholarships. If you are selected, you will be notified. These (such as WKU) are usually due by December 30 the year before you graduate.
If you do not get enough scholarships or federal aid, you might have to take out a loan. There are different types of loans.
Private loans - These are usually loans from a bank.
Federal loans - These are loans from the federal government.
KY Advantage Education loans - These loans are available through Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation, a partner of KHEAA.
