This fall in music, 4th graders are working on the following skills:
-Singing in tune as a part of a group
-Singing in a round
-Practicing reading written rhythms
-Practicing singing and identifying the pitches Do, re, mi, so and la
-Playing percussion instruments and xylophones along with songs that students know
-Preparing to perform "In Flanders Fields" at the Veterans Day Assembly
Some songs we're singing are:
-In Flanders Fields
-I Hear Thunder
-The Birch Tree
-The Ghost of John
