Theater for All is a performing arts class that pairs disabled students with non-disabled peers to produce and perform a musical. Students learn singing, dancing, and acting skills as well as basic set, costume, make-up, and lighting design skills. Students work with their partners to learn these skills to create a student-produced and directed show. During rehearsals, students also learn to communicate and collaborate effectively, successfully, and creatively. Non-disabled students learn how their skills can be used to serve the community, and disabled students learn how their voices and identities can shine in public and on the stage.Theater for All
