Room: 320, Quest Room, 3rd Floor
It’s not easy.
Good intentions aren’t always enough.
Diversity, equity and inclusion is not a quick fix or a box to be ticked. Expecting miraculous results from minimal input or input that is not fully understood is not realistic.
Real relationships, real connections, a sense of belonging and a real vision for sustained, lasting change are required.
In this workshop, participants will:
Understand the importance of inclusion and belonging
Gain confidence in applying inclusive practices to increase inclusion and belonging
Recognise the importance of relationships that support inclusion and sustain belonging
Target Audience:
This workshop is for all staff who work in a school setting who want to feel more connected, and who want to help others feel more connected to improve belonging in the classroom, department or organisation.
