Mental Health Support

If you want support, guidance or help in any way; we ask you to fill in an online request form. These are also available as a hard copy in A3. The requests will be confidential and will only been seen by Dr Griffiths and/or the person you are asking to see (e.g. the School Psychologist, Your Year Coordinator etc.).

We will triage the requests (this means that we will try to follow up on urgent matters first) and we will make contact with you as soon as possible. 

You need to log onto this form with your school email (or it won't let you in).

Please submit a request form and we will contact you as soon as possible. However, if you are experiencing suicidal thoughts or thoughts of self harm, please contact the Crisis Assessment and Treatment Team on 1800 629 354 (FREE CALL). The CATT team will help you to work out which services are best suited to help you.
