If you want support, guidance or help in any way we ask you to fill in an online request form. Hard copies of this form are available in A3. The requests will be confidential and will only been seen by Dr Griffiths and/or the person you are asking to see (e.g. the School Psychologist).
We will triage the requests (this means that we will try to follow up on urgent matters first) and will make contact with you as soon as possible.
You need to log onto this form with your school email (or it won't let you in).
You can use this form if you are on an Individual Learning Plan and you feel that your teacher needs support in implementing the strategies in an online environment. You can also use it if you have got an assignment and you need someone to help explain it to you, to give you some guiding questions or even to read a draft. Check out the information below about LSA study sessions as well, they could be a great place to start if you are looking for more support in your online learning.
We can also speak to your teacher on your behalf about assessments if you would like.
Whatever you need, fill in the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Academic Support sessions with a Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
If you want help for academic reasons, please see the online learning support or Study Skills pages.
There is also Learning Support Assistant (LSA) check in sessions available. These sessions are available to any student who would like support in their schoolwork for any reason.
To sign up for a session, please use the link below.
Please note: The number of students for these sessions is capped to ensure that every student has the chance to work with the LSA. Once your sign up is received and confirmed you will receive a Google Calendar invitation.
If your nominated session becomes full we will put you on the waiting list and will notify you as soon as a spot becomes available.
