Honeywell is evaluating every rooftop unit and air handler unit at Grove Campus to ensure the air flow is as specified by ASHRAE Standards for that unit. They are also performing preventative maintenance on the units to verify everything is functioning properly: motor, pulleys, belts, dampers, etc. When completed, we will receive a documented verification per ASHRAE Standards. All air filters have been changed by our district Maintenance Technician. We are also ensuring our Maintenance Technician is performing preventative maintenance on all of our exhaust fans on the roof to ensure they are working properly.

ECSD and Ringhand’s Bus Company are committed to the health and safety of our students and staff. We are encouraging families to transport their children to school, if possible. The District will also be asking families during online school registration to identify if they will need to use transportation for this school year. Once we have the information from online registration we can use that data to create routes that can support physical and social distancing to the greatest degree possible. The District will be adhering to current transportation policies, which means that we will not be able to pick up students from the West Side AM bus stops this year that are less than 2 miles from school.
August 24, 2020 Update:
Ringhand Bus Company does not believe any double routes are necessary at this time. If a situation occurs that necessitates an additional route, they will be ready to send two busses to pick up students right away.
