Overview

The information in this Google site provides information regarding the District's budget for General, Special Education, Debt Service, Capital and Food Service funds. You will also find information regarding the District's tax levy, revenue limit, mill rate and student enrollment.

Annually

The Evansville Community School District Board of Education approves a preliminary budget in September for that fiscal year. The Board approves the budget to be in compliance with the Wisconsin Statues that require a budget be approved prior to the District being able to short term cash flow borrow. This budget includes many assumptions as we do not have the required information to adopt an original budget or certify a tax levy until the middle of October each year.
