Welcome to V9Show (“App”, “Service”), a mobile photo and video editing application provided by EcoMobile Co., Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”) and the Company governing your access to and use of V9Show on iOS devices.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian to use the App and agree to these Terms.
The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
2. Description of the Service
V9Show is a photo and video editing application that allows users to:
Edit photos and videos
Apply filters, effects, presets, templates, overlays
Use AI-powered editing tools (where available)
Export edited content
Store projects locally or through supported storage options
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without liability.
3. User Accounts
Certain features may require account registration.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments (Apple iOS)
Certain features require payment or subscription.
4.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription via Apple App Store:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
All billing and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.
5. License Grant
Subject to compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App for personal and lawful commercial creative purposes.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.
6. User Content
6.1 Ownership
You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and media that you upload or create within the App (“User Content”).
We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
6.2 License to Provide Services
You grant the Company a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service.
6.3 Responsibility
You represent and warrant that:
You own or have obtained all necessary rights to your User Content
Your User Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
Your User Content complies with applicable laws
You are solely responsible for your User Content.
7. AI Editing Features
Certain features may use artificial intelligence or automated processing technologies.
You acknowledge that:
AI-generated results may not be accurate or suitable for all purposes
AI tools are provided for creative assistance only
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated output
You agree not to use the App to create or distribute:
Misleading or impersonation-based synthetic media
Fraudulent or deceptive content
Defamatory or unlawful material
Deepfake or manipulated content intended to harm others
We reserve the right to restrict access to AI features in cases of misuse.
8. Commercial Use & Built-in Assets
You may use exported content for personal or commercial purposes provided that:
You comply with copyright and intellectual property laws
You have appropriate rights to third-party materials included in your projects
Templates, filters, music, stickers, and built-in assets may be subject to additional licensing restrictions. Unauthorized distribution of built-in assets outside the App is prohibited.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the App
Circumvent subscription or payment systems
Upload malicious code or viruses
Infringe intellectual property rights
Use the App for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
10. Copyright & Infringement Policy
We respect intellectual property rights.

Identification of the copyrighted work
Identification of the allegedly infringing material
Your contact information
A statement of good faith belief
A statement that the information provided is accurate
We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.
11. Intellectual Property
All App-related materials, including but not limited to:
Software
Code
UI design
Logos
Filters
Templates
Effects
Graphics
are owned or licensed by EcoMobile Co., Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce or distribute any Company content without permission.
12. Data Storage & Backup
We do not guarantee permanent storage of projects or data.
You are responsible for backing up your content.
We are not liable for data loss except where required by applicable law.

13. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services such as Apple or social media platforms.
We are not responsible for third-party platform policies, moderation decisions, or monetization restrictions.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We do not guarantee that:
The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
Exported files will meet all expectations
All defects will be corrected
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcoMobile Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits
Loss of data
Business interruption
Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time.
Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
18. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded V9Show from the Apple App Store:
These Terms are between you and EcoMobile Co., Ltd., not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.
In case of App failure, you may notify Apple for a refund in accordance with Apple policies.
19. Open Source Software
The App may include open-source software components subject to their respective licenses.
20. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
