This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how V9 Image (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, protects, and uses the information you (“User”, “you” or “your”) may provide in the V9 Image mobile application and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Mobile Application” or “App”).

To provide you with the full functionality of the App, we may request the following system permissions:
android.permission.INTERNET: Required to access the internet for core app functionalities, loading online content, and serving user services.
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to check network connectivity and ensure seamless performance.
com.android.vending.BILLING: Required to process in-app digital purchases and subscriptions.
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID: Used by advertising networks to display relevant, non-intrusive ads suited to your preferences.
android.permission.READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Android 13+ / SDK 33): Required to access and load image files from your device library for compression, resizing, and editing.
android.permission.READ_MEDIA_VIDEO (Android 13+ / SDK 33): Required to access video files if processing or extracting image frames from media files.
android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below): Required to select photos and images from your device storage for processing.
android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below): Required to save compressed or resized image files directly to your device storage.
Note: Image and photo files selected or processed within the App remain stored locally on your device unless explicitly shared by you.
We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us when you fill out any forms or interact with features in the Mobile Application. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of some of the App’s features.
When you open the Mobile Application, our servers or integrated third-party services automatically record information sent by your device. This data may include information such as:
Device IP address and general geographic location
Device model, brand, and operating system version
System language preferences and performance statistics
Access times, dates, and interaction logs within the App
Any of the information we collect from you may be used to:
Operate and improve the Mobile Application and user experience
Process in-app transactions and verify purchase status

We do not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not submit any personal data through our App. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s internet usage and help enforce this Policy.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure on controlled servers. However, please acknowledge that no wireless or internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When updated, we will revise the date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
