Welcome to ThemePik (“ThemePik,” the “App,” or the “Service”), an iOS personalization and creative-design application operated by EcoMobile Co., Ltd. (“EcoMobile,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and EcoMobile regarding your access to and use of ThemePik.
By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing, or using ThemePik, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, access, or use ThemePik.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country or region, to use ThemePik.
If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use ThemePik only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
ThemePik is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
ThemePik is an iOS personalization and creative-design application that helps users create a visually coordinated Home Screen, Lock Screen, and personalized photo compositions.
Depending on the App version, device compatibility, region, subscription plan, and feature availability, ThemePik may provide:
Custom app icon designs and icon collections;
Home Screen and Lock Screen wallpapers;
Widget designs and layouts;
Coordinated themes containing icons, widgets, and wallpapers;
Minimalist, colorful, aesthetic, seasonal, and other design styles;
AI-generated wallpapers;
AI Photo Templates;
Polaroid-style photo layouts;
Photo collages;
Themed photo frames;
Decorative photo compositions;
Other AI-powered photo-personalization features;
Instructions for applying icons, wallpapers, widgets, and themes on supported iOS devices;
Tools for saving selected or generated visual assets to the user’s device.
AI Photo Templates may allow users to select an existing photo or capture a new photo and transform it into a creative visual composition, including a Polaroid-style image, collage, themed frame, or other decorative layout.
ThemePik provides visual personalization resources, creative photo tools, and instructions for applying supported assets.
ThemePik does not modify iOS system functionality, replace the user’s original applications, alter third-party applications, or guarantee that Apple or third-party applications will continue supporting any particular personalization method.
ThemePik operates within the functionality, permissions, and restrictions provided by Apple and iOS.
You acknowledge that:
Certain customization processes may require you to follow manual instructions;
Custom app icons may use Apple-supported functionality such as Shortcuts, configuration profiles, web clips, or other supported methods;
Applying a custom icon does not uninstall, modify, or replace the original application;
Some personalization features may behave differently depending on your iOS version, device model, region, language, system settings, or Apple system changes;
Apple may modify, restrict, replace, or discontinue functionality that ThemePik relies on;
ThemePik cannot control iOS notifications, system animations, Shortcuts behavior, widget refresh frequency, or third-party application behavior;
ThemePik cannot guarantee that custom icons, widgets, wallpapers, or other visual assets will remain compatible with every future version of iOS.
We may update, modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue affected features when changes to Apple services, iOS, third-party services, or technical requirements make those features unavailable or impractical.
ThemePik may request access to certain device features only where reasonably necessary to provide a feature selected by you.
You may deny or revoke permissions through your iOS Settings. Denying a permission may prevent the related feature from functioning but will not necessarily prevent access to unrelated ThemePik features.
Where ThemePik provides AI Photo Templates or another camera-based creative feature, the App may request access to your device camera so that you can take a photo for use with the selected feature.
ThemePik does not activate the camera without your action.
Camera access begins only after you choose a feature that supports taking a new photo.
A captured photo is processed or submitted for AI processing only after you take the photo, select the relevant template or feature, and choose to continue.
Denying camera access may prevent you from taking new photos inside ThemePik but will not necessarily prevent you from selecting existing photos through an available Apple system photo picker.
ThemePik may allow you to select one or more existing photos for use with:
AI Photo Templates;
Polaroid-style layouts;
Photo collages;
Themed frames;
Decorative compositions;
AI-generated visual effects;
Other photo-personalization features.
Where ThemePik uses Apple’s system photo picker, the App receives access only to the specific photos that you deliberately select.
Using Apple’s system photo picker does not provide ThemePik with unrestricted access to your entire photo library.
Depending on the feature selected, your selected photos may be processed locally on your device or transmitted to an AI-processing provider.
ThemePik may request add-only access to your Photos library so that it can save items selected by you, including:
Wallpapers;
Custom icon images;
Widget images;
Theme assets;
AI-generated wallpapers;
Polaroid-style images;
Photo collages;
Themed photo compositions;
AI Photo Template results;
Other generated or edited visual assets.
Add-only permission allows ThemePik to add selected items to your Photos library. It does not allow ThemePik to browse, read, scan, or access your existing photos.
ThemePik saves an item only after you choose to save or export it.
ThemePik may use advertising, attribution, analytics, or advertising-measurement services.
Where ThemePik or its partners engage in activity defined by Apple as tracking, the App will request your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.
You may allow or deny tracking.
Denying tracking will not prevent access to ThemePik’s core functionality. However, advertisements may be less relevant, and certain advertising attribution or measurement functions may be limited.

ThemePik may use artificial intelligence and third-party AI-processing services to generate wallpapers, photo templates, Polaroid-style images, collages, themed frames, decorative compositions, or other visual results requested by you.
AI-powered features may process:
Photos selected by you;
Photos captured through the App;
Template selections;
Layout and style preferences;
Text prompts or instructions, where available;
Technical information required to process the request.
When using an AI-powered feature, you acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated results may vary;
Results may not exactly match your instructions, selections, or expectations;
Results may contain visual errors, inconsistencies, distortions, artifacts, or unexpected changes;
ThemePik does not guarantee that an AI-generated result will be accurate, realistic, suitable, or unique;
AI results are provided primarily for creative, entertainment, and personalization purposes;
You are responsible for reviewing a generated result before saving, publishing, distributing, or sharing it;
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any photo, prompt, text, or other content used with an AI feature;
You must not upload or process another person’s photo without that person’s permission where permission is legally required;
You must not use AI features to impersonate, deceive, defame, harass, exploit, threaten, or harm another person;
You must not use AI features to create unlawful, abusive, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, misleading, or rights-infringing content.
Submitting a photo to an AI Photo Template does not transfer ownership of that photo to EcoMobile.
We may limit, suspend, or block access to an AI-powered feature where reasonably necessary to:
Prevent abuse or unlawful activity;
Enforce generation, subscription, or credit limits;
Maintain system availability and performance;
Protect ThemePik, its users, or third parties;
Address security or technical risks;
Comply with applicable law or legal requests.
ThemePik may offer free and paid features, including auto-renewable subscriptions, lifetime purchases, consumable credits, or other in-app purchases.
All purchases made through the iOS version of ThemePik are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Prices, subscription periods, trial periods, included features, credit limits, and other purchase details are displayed in the App before you confirm a purchase.
When you purchase an auto-renewable subscription:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the purchase is confirmed;
The subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period;
Apple may charge your Apple ID account for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period;
The renewal price and subscription duration will be shown before purchase;
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings;
Deleting ThemePik does not cancel an active subscription.
ThemePik may offer free trials, discounted introductory periods, or other promotional offers.
Eligibility, pricing, availability, and duration may be determined by Apple and the terms displayed when you begin the offer.
Unless canceled before the trial or introductory period ends, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price displayed during purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted by Apple.
Certain AI-powered features may require credits or may be subject to daily, weekly, monthly, subscription-based, or other usage limits.
Credits and generation limits may:
Vary by subscription plan or region;
Expire as described at the time of purchase;
Be non-transferable;
Be associated with the Apple ID, device, account, or purchase used to obtain them;
Be consumed when an AI request is submitted or successfully processed, as disclosed in the App.
Unless required by applicable law or Apple’s policies, used or expired credits are not refundable.
Apple manages payment authorization, subscription billing, cancellations, and refund requests for App Store purchases.
EcoMobile does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card information and generally cannot directly issue App Store refunds.
Refund eligibility is determined by Apple’s policies and applicable law.
Where applicable, ThemePik provides a method to restore eligible purchases associated with the Apple ID used to make the original purchase.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, EcoMobile grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download and use ThemePik on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s applicable usage rules.
This license is provided solely for your personal and lawful use.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
Remove copyright, trademark, watermark, attribution, or ownership notices;
Circumvent subscriptions, purchases, credit systems, generation limits, security systems, or access restrictions;
Use automated systems, scripts, scraping tools, or bots to extract, reproduce, or download ThemePik assets in bulk;
Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or availability of ThemePik.
“User Content” includes photos, prompts, text, selections, template choices, style preferences, instructions, feedback, and other materials that you submit to ThemePik.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant EcoMobile and its service providers a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, process, reproduce, modify, and temporarily store User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
Provide the feature requested by you;
Apply the selected AI Photo Template;
Generate a Polaroid-style image, collage, themed frame, wallpaper, or other requested visual result;
Deliver the generated result to your device;
Operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Service;
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity;
Enforce these Terms;
Comply with applicable legal obligations.
This limited license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to EcoMobile.
You represent and warrant that:
You own your User Content or have the rights and permissions necessary to submit and process it;
Your User Content does not violate applicable law;
Your User Content does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
Where your User Content depicts another person, you have obtained any permission required to process and use that image.
ThemePik does not claim ownership of your personal photos, prompts, or generated AI Photo Template results.
ThemePik may contain icons, wallpapers, widgets, templates, layouts, frames, graphics, illustrations, interface elements, text, logos, and other materials owned by or licensed to EcoMobile.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, ThemePik-provided assets are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial personalization and creative use.
You may not:
Resell or redistribute ThemePik asset collections;
Upload ThemePik assets to competing applications, template libraries, stock-content platforms, marketplaces, or public download websites;
Claim ownership or authorship of ThemePik-provided assets;
Extract, reproduce, or distribute ThemePik assets separately from their intended personal-use purpose;
Use ThemePik assets to create or sell competing products or services;
Use ThemePik trademarks, logos, branding, or other protected identifiers without prior written permission.
AI-generated results may also be subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant AI-processing provider.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated results are eligible for copyright or other intellectual-property protection in every country or region.
You agree not to use ThemePik to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation;
Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
Upload, create, or distribute unlawful, abusive, sexually exploitative, hateful, threatening, fraudulent, or defamatory material;
Create deceptive impersonations or misleading synthetic media;
Process another person’s photo without appropriate permission;
Upload malware, malicious code, or content designed to interfere with ThemePik;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to ThemePik systems or another person’s information;
Circumvent payments, subscriptions, generation limits, credit systems, access controls, or security measures;
Overload, disrupt, damage, or interfere with ThemePik or its infrastructure;
Use automated scripts, bots, scraping tools, or similar methods without written authorization;
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with another person or organization;
Use generated content to deceive, defraud, harass, or harm another person.
We may remove content, restrict functionality, suspend access, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
ThemePik may rely on or interact with third-party services, including:
Apple and the App Store;
Apple Shortcuts, Photos, WidgetKit, and other iOS services;
AI-processing providers;
Analytics and crash-reporting providers;
Advertising and attribution providers;
Subscription and purchase-management providers;
Cloud-hosting and content-delivery providers;
Customer-support, security, and infrastructure providers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, and practices.
EcoMobile does not control Apple services, third-party applications, external websites, advertising networks, or external AI-processing infrastructure.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoMobile is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability, security, content, or policies of third-party services.
ThemePik, including its software, source code, interface, visual design, branding, themes, templates, graphics, collections, documentation, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to EcoMobile and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited license expressly granted under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
“ThemePik,” associated logos, and EcoMobile branding may not be used without prior written permission.
We may add, modify, replace, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of ThemePik at any time.
We do not guarantee that:
Every feature will remain permanently available;
Every theme, template, icon, widget, or wallpaper will remain available;
ThemePik will be compatible with every device or iOS version;
AI results will always be successfully generated;
AI results will always meet your expectations;
Widgets will refresh at a particular frequency;
Custom icons will behave identically to original application icons;
The Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
ThemePik updates may be required to continue using certain features.
You may stop using ThemePik at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of ThemePik if:
You violate these Terms;
Your use creates a legal, security, financial, technical, or operational risk;
We reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access;
We are required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority;
A third-party service necessary to provide a feature becomes unavailable;
We discontinue all or part of the Service.
Termination or deletion of ThemePik does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.
You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Sections intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective after termination.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ThemePik is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
EcoMobile does not make warranties regarding:
The availability, reliability, security, accuracy, or suitability of ThemePik;
The compatibility of assets with every device, application, or iOS version;
The quality, accuracy, realism, uniqueness, or suitability of AI-generated content;
The continued availability of Apple or third-party functionality;
The absence of errors, interruptions, security incidents, processing failures, or data loss;
The availability or enforceability of intellectual-property rights in generated content.
You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether a generated or downloaded item is appropriate for your intended use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EcoMobile and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages.
This includes loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, generated content, personalization settings, or expected savings.
EcoMobile is not responsible for:
Changes made by Apple to iOS, the App Store, Shortcuts, widgets, Photos, system permissions, or other platform functionality;
Failure to correctly follow personalization or installation instructions;
Removal or alteration of custom icons, widgets, wallpapers, templates, or generated content by the user, operating system, or third-party service;
Errors, artifacts, distortions, or unexpected changes in AI-generated content;
Third-party applications, services, websites, advertisements, or AI providers;
User Content submitted without the necessary rights or permissions;
Losses resulting from your publication, sharing, or use of generated content.
Where liability cannot be excluded, EcoMobile’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid through ThemePik during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless EcoMobile and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from:
Your unlawful use of ThemePik;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your User Content;
Your infringement of another person’s rights;
Your misuse, publication, or distribution of AI-generated content;
Your submission or processing of another person’s photo without appropriate permission.
This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to EcoMobile Co., Ltd., without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Mandatory consumer-protection rights available under the law of your country or region remain unaffected.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you and EcoMobile agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute through written communication.
Where ThemePik is downloaded through the Apple App Store:
These Terms are between you and EcoMobile, not Apple;
EcoMobile, not Apple, is responsible for ThemePik and its content;
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for ThemePik;
Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to ThemePik, except where required by applicable law;
If ThemePik fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the applicable purchase price in accordance with its policies;
Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging third-party intellectual-property claims relating to ThemePik;
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable App Store provisions.
Your use of ThemePik must comply with the applicable Apple Media Services Terms, App Store rules, and usage requirements.
We may update these Terms to reflect:
Changes to ThemePik features;
Changes to AI Photo Templates or other AI-powered services;
Changes to subscriptions, credits, or business operations;
New legal or regulatory requirements;
Changes to Apple or third-party services;
Improvements to security, privacy, or user protections.
The updated Terms will display a revised “Last Updated” date.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent.
Your continued use of ThemePik after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
