Cast to TV, also known as Cast Duo - Screen Mirroring (“App”), is operated by EcoMobile Co., Ltd. (“EcoMobile”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share information when you use the App, including its casting, screen mirroring, media-sharing, subscription, advertising, analytics, and AI Template features.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the App.
The App may request access to photos, videos, audio, files, or other media only when you actively choose to use a feature that requires access, such as:
Casting photos, videos, music, or files to a compatible receiving device
Selecting content to display or play through the App
Creating or applying an AI Template
Saving, exporting, or sharing content generated through the App
We do not automatically scan your entire photo library, gallery, audio library, or file storage.
We do not access media that you have not selected or authorized for the relevant feature.
Media remains on your device unless you choose a feature that requires it to be transmitted, uploaded, shared, or processed.
The App may offer AI Template features that allow you to create, transform, enhance, stylize, or apply AI-powered templates to selected photos, videos, prompts, or other content.
When you use AI Template features, we may process:
Photos, videos, or other media that you select
Prompts, descriptions, or text that you enter
Template choices, editing preferences, and related settings
AI-generated outputs created in response to your request
Depending on the feature and technical configuration, this information may be processed on your device, on EcoMobile-controlled servers, or through contracted AI service providers acting on our behalf.
We use AI Template inputs and outputs only to:
Generate and deliver the requested result
Maintain, improve, secure, and troubleshoot the AI Template feature
Prevent fraud, misuse, harmful content, or security incidents
Comply with applicable legal obligations
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated results before using, sharing, publishing, or relying on them.
To discover, connect to, and communicate with compatible TVs, streaming devices, receivers, or other supported devices, the App may process limited information such as:
Device name
Device type or model
Connection status
Local network availability
Network-related technical information
Technical identifiers necessary to establish and maintain a connection
We use this information only to enable device discovery, pairing, connection management, casting, screen mirroring, troubleshooting, compatibility, and performance improvement.
When you activate screen mirroring, the App may transmit your screen content to the receiving device that you select.
Screen content may include information displayed on your device while screen mirroring is active.
We do not intentionally collect or store mirrored screen content on our servers solely to provide the screen mirroring feature, unless you separately choose a feature that requires you to save, upload, share, or process such content.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to display or mirror the content shown on your device.
We may collect technical and usage information, including:

Operating system and version
App version
Language, country, or regional settings
Device and network performance information

Media used for standard casting or screen mirroring generally remains on your device unless you choose to transmit, upload, save, export, share, or process it through a particular feature.
AI Template inputs and generated outputs may be processed temporarily to provide the result you request.

Provide and maintain the App
Deliver requested features
Resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems

However, AI Template features are not intended for children under the age of 13.
If you are under 13, you must not access or use AI Template features, or submit photos, videos, prompts, or other content through AI Template features.
We do not knowingly collect or process personal information, photos, videos, prompts, or other AI Template inputs from children under 13 for the purpose of providing AI Template features.
If we become aware that a child under 13 has submitted personal information or content through AI Template features, we may take reasonable steps to delete the relevant information and restrict access to those features, where required by applicable law.
A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child under 13 has provided information through AI Template features may contact us at legal@ecomobile.vn.
Your information may be processed, stored, or transferred to countries outside your country of residence, including countries where EcoMobile or our service providers operate.
