Please refer to the Fees page and the fees indicated for each activity in the Schedule here
Registration is necessary before a child can be admitted to the programme. Registration is for the full school year, i.e. September to June, unless otherwise indicated in the Schedule's Duration. Registration is accepted online. Availability is subject to capacity and is granted on a first-come-first-served basis.
Late registrations are possible but are subject to the availability of places in the activities and with the teacher's agreement.
TRY IT OUT possible for Languages with the teacher’s consent and are invoiced.
NO TRY IT OUT periods for other ECAs and Music.
Teachers only accept students in the clubs if they have a confirmed registration.
Parents who unsubscribe their children from an activity before the deadlines mentioned on the Fees page will not be invoiced.
After the deadline, remaining registrations are considered definite, confirmed and thus billed.
Our fees for services/activities are calculated on a flat rate basis, meant, as a not-for-profit organisation, to cover our costs.
They already consider the fact that your child may be absent during the term/year because of another school-organised activity/trip/obligation.
As a consequence, for all services/activities beyond the tuition fees (e.g. Extra-Curricular Activities, Transport, Cafeteria, etc.) the financial commitment is for the full school year (September to June) unless otherwise indicated. No reduction nor reimbursement in fees will be made by the school in case of cancellation or non-use of services including if they are due to holidays, PED days, school field trips and excursions, maintenance of the installations, non-respect of the contract, or in case of student absence, withdrawal or dismissal. Any started school term is entirely due.
In case of late registrations for ECA, the full school year fee will be invoiced for late registrations until the October break. For late registrations after the October break, the invoice will be prorated according to the starting date.
Exception will be made for student relocation, in which case 3 months' written notice should be given before the start of the next term, and for student illness of 2 or more consecutive months, duly justified by a medical certificate.
No reduction in fees will be granted for flat rates for After-School Care (ASC) under any conditions.
No reduction in fees will be granted in case of force majeure.
The Terms and Conditions apply in case lessons are moved online due to sanitary requirements.
To maintain children in a safe environment at school, students require adult supervision at all times. In the case of an Early Years or Primary Years student, if a parent or guardian has not arrived by the end of the activity, the student will be taken to ASC and parents billed accordingly.
Students from pre-reception to Y6 should not be left without adult supervision at any time.
Lessons missed by students cannot be replaced and will be billed.
The school reserves the right to cancel an activity in case of insufficient registration, conflicts with other activities, or logistical problems.
Activities take place both on and off the campus. By registering for these activities, parents thereby authorise their child to take part in said trips. The school reserves the right to change schedules or venues. There are no activities during school holidays.
The school’s Code of Conduct, as found in the Parent and Student Handbook, represents the central values of the school and is based on the belief that one of the school’s main aims is to support the development of decent, respectful and caring citizens of the world.
All members of the community are expected to treat each other with respect. Students are expected to follow instructions given by adults regardless of their role. The teachers and other adults in the school will treat the students with respect.
A student who does not conform to the Code of Conduct risks being asked to leave the programme permanently.
Competitive Sports: Official school sports uniforms are obligatory for sports competitions, and may be ordered on the website. Students should check with their coaches at the start of the year. In the event of injury or illness, a pro rata refund may be granted starting from 31 consecutive days of absence from sports activities, upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.
There are no lessons during school holidays and PED days. Lessons missed by students cannot be replaced and will be billed. In case of student absence for an individual lesson due to a school curricular activity, i.e. ski programme and field trips, the missed lesson may be replaced following a written request sent to the Coordinator 2 weeks in advance of the missed lesson. Student absence in a group class cannot be replaced and will be billed.
In case of the teacher's absence, a replacement lesson will be proposed. Refusal of such replacement lessons will not result in reimbursement.
The amount due for group courses will be that calculated for the number enrolled in the entire course for the term, irrespective of occasional absences within that course. Fees may change over the school year due to new students enrolled in the same lesson.
Try It Outs are possible with the teacher’s consent and are invoiced.
IMPORTANT: After dismissal, any remaining Early Years or Primary Years students not enrolled in an after-school activity will be automatically placed in ASC as a safety precaution, and will be billed accordingly.
For safety reasons, children can only be picked up from ASC by a parent or other designated person whose name has been given on the registration form. If any other person, including a relative, is coming to pick up your child please ensure that you inform in advance the ASC staff in writing and send a copy of their ID.
FLAT RATES: Parents subscribed to the Semester or Month Flat Rates option have unlimited use of ASC during opening hours, i.e. until 18:00.
REGULAR DAY OPTION: Parents permanently book specific nominated day/s of the week, and are invoiced according to the corresponding fees regardless of presence or absence. Extra bookings for other days are billed at the Occasional rate.
OCCASIONAL RATE: Students staying in ASC without prior enrolment will be invoiced with the Occasional rate. The occasional rate is the hourly rate with a daily minimum of 2 hours billed.
LATE PICK-UP FEE: The late pick-up penalty fee applies to all students, including those registered with the Flat Rate options.
Hours are rounded up daily.
