Deadline to REGISTER for activities: the week before !

To ensure a smooth transition from the academic day to after school activities, ECA Sports, ECA Culture & Leisure and ENCORE activities will only accept students with confirmed registrations and who have registered the week before, e.g.

• Friday 28 August to join clubs starting on Monday 31 August

Students on the WAITING LIST will not be accepted into the activity

Please note: The Music School accepts new registrations through the end of March. Most ENCORE Performing Arts and WLP classes accept students throughout the year depending on availability.

Please note that there are NO TRY IT OUT periods for ECA this school year (except for Languages).

After this date, remaining registrations are considered definite, confirmed and invoiced.

TRY IT OUT is possible for LANGUAGES with the teacher’s consent and is invoiced.

There are no tryouts for the  ECOLINT MUSIC SCHOOL. Parents are encouraged to meet the proposed teacher to discuss lessons before registering.
