ENCORE ★ Performing Arts Academy inspires creativity in young people by giving students of all ages a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment where they can express themselves, build confidence, and above all have fun at the end of their school day.
We offer professional performing arts training through three types of weekly activities: Dance ★ Drama ★ LAMDA

LAMDA is the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, a UK-based awarding organisation offering internationally recognised performance and communication exams. Ecolint is the largest LAMDA examination centre in Europe, and ENCORE offers classes in:

Allison & Zara
Allison Bryan is a professionally trained musical theatre artist and senior arts educator with over 30 years of experience in teaching, coaching, directing, and performance. Formerly Head of Department for Secondary Performing Arts at La Grande Boissière, she has prepared students through medal level for LAMDA exams in Musical Theatre, Speaking in Public, and Acting. Also an audition specialist, her former students have gone on to Juilliard, NYU Tisch, Berklee, Mountview, and professional stages in the West End and New York. With a strong personal connection to Ecolint as the parent of two La Châtaigneraie graduates, Allison is delighted to lead ENCORE across the Foundation.
Zara Preece is a proud Ecolint alumna whose connection to the school runs especially deep. She graduated from La Grande Boissière and also lived on campus as a child during Ecolint’s boarding era, when her parents served the community as residential faculty. Zara brings a rare understanding of Ecolint’s history, community, and daily life to her work managing the Academy and supporting its teachers, students, and families.
