Students in Years 2–5 will participate in a series of ski days. This is an essential part of our Physical Education programme and provides an opportunity for learning to extend beyond the traditional school environment. Children will develop new skills and improve their technique in a winter sport that is an integral part of the local culture.

Students will ski in groups of approximately eight. Tuition will be provided by qualified instructors from Ecole du Ski Français (ESF) at the resort of Hirmentaz in France.

If you come from a country that requires a visa for your child to enter France, please ensure this is arranged in advance.

For families residing in France, a new regulation now requires parents to complete an autorisation de sortie du territoire for their child(ren) to cross the border.
