Welcome to the Glen Oaks Magnet High School Library! My name is Erin Anding, and I am the school librarian and site technology facilitator. The 2021-2022 school year is my 9th year as the librarian at Glen Oaks Magnet High School. Prior to that I was a 7th grade U.S. History teacher at Crestworth and Westdale Middle Schools for five years. I was a proud LSU Tiger for over a decade as I completed my three degrees: a BS in Secondary Education (social studies concentration) in 2004, a M.Ed. in Gifted Education in 2009, and a MLIS in 2011. When I am at work I can most likely be found at home with my husband and three young children. On my random down times I enjoy reading, taking virtual walks around the world, cooking, creating digital photo albums, and watching way too much Hulu and Netflix!

The library is one of the most active places on campus! With so much going on each day, it is important that each person act in a way that promotes success for every Panther on our campus. The library has expectations for both the physical library and for its online presence. These expectations support the school's behavior expectations.
